Well I seem to be stuck at 135, so I am going to flip around my exercise program and eating and see what happens... I am adding walking, and have changed that to include the hill! You would have to walk our hill once to understand... I was a little apprehensive about trying it again, because last fall I had to stop 4 times to catch my breath and give my muscles a break... but yesterday i came back up it the same way i went down and also as fast as i walked on the flat. near the top i started to get a good muscle burn and was breathing about as hard as I do during any normal cardio exercise, sooooooo I feel like I should pat myself on the back.
Kansas has been a wash thus far... don't ask, nothing like the government, hurry up and wait... we are both very disappointed, but we have accomplished a great deal and are miles closer in chores that needed to be completed. Nothing like some motivation!
Speaking of motivation, I spent a couple weeks without any........ yea me the positive one, just couldn't muster up enough motivation to do much of anything. Exercise became so boring and such a chore, and eating right was a bother..... don't ask where the new motivation has come from, don't honestly know, but I know I am once again motivated to finish this weight loss!
Smoking is not going as well as planned. I am smoking about 1/3 of what I was when I started the Chantix, but I still think I lack committment, I long for the day when I have enough determination to get out of bed and say I will not smoke today! I am trying to count all the reasons why I need to stop every night before I go to sleep. Maybe one of these days it will all sink in!
