Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I got to my swim lesson. I had Instructor Steven to myself so we worked on easing my fear of the deep end a bit. (Yes, I still feel scared and panicky some times.)
Monday, I moved boxes at work. ALL day.
Tuesday, I moved boxes at work.
Wednesday, I got to the Cycle class.
(I saw my former TRX classmates and instructor; apparently I'm missed!)
Thursday, I moved boxes at work.
Friday, I took a rest day.
Saturday, I took a rest day (I worked all day).
The plan for next week:
- 1 swim lesson/week-
- Eat within range (1,270 - 1,620 calories) 6 days/week- I ate over range on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Eat at least 60 grams of protein/day- I missed the mark on Monday.
- Eat at least 25 grams of fiber/day- I missed the mark on Monday, Friday, and Saturday.
- The World Water Day Maintenance Challenge with a center weight of 128 lbs- Today's weight: 127 lbs
Same as last week.
I'm finally adding my fitness goal to work out at the gym 3 days/week.
