Long time, no post...

I didn't realize it had been so long since I last posted. Well, to update - I'm still exercising, mostly running and walking. Also added strength training at the gym 2 days a week, and frequently do yoga for flexibility and balance. I haven't gotten the scale to move any beyond my lowest weight (which was about 139). Actually I didn't stay at that very long, kinda stabilized at between 142-145, which is okay. Not where I want to be but all I can really do is keep eating well and exercising. My 54 year old body doesn't seem to want to go any lower. But you never know - I may yet see the scale budge and get down to the low 130s like I want to.
