Post 14 Day Challenge / House Update

Well, I've been pretty absent from Spark the last week, but I think I have a pretty darn good excuse! haha

We have been working hard on the weekends to get our house "show ready" to put on the market in March. We bought land about 10 miles from our current house and we plan to build out there after our house sells.

Last Friday, someone posted on our neighborhood facebook page that they were looking for a bigger house in the neighborhood. So, I told them that I had a house that would be on the market in a few weeks. Lots of details, emails, two showings (which our house was NOT ready for) we had an offer on the house on Tuesday evening that we accepted!!! Now we have A LOT to do in a much shorter time frame. We're excited and nervous. Our inspection is this coming Tuesday, so we have a long weekend of house work ahead of us. Thankfully we have Monday off.

In the mean time, I still have a half marathon to train for at the end of this month! Already looking forward to lazy weekends later this spring! haha
