It's been pretty hard to exercise this last week. My arthritis is really acting up. I have been forcing myself to get up & exercise. Most times it makes me feel better, lately, it's making my joints feel weak. The last few days I've not been able to do my full 5 mile walk video, but have been doing at least 3 miles, plus walk the dogs another mile plus.
Went through the hubby's phone the other day & found a picture of me after losing 42lbs & then a recent pic the hubby took of me on 2/6/16. I look like a 1/4th the person. I was so shocked. This is the reason I love comparison pictures as a measurement. When I can physically see results, it boosts my motivation again. I'm building a great results photo library.
My weight doesn't always want to go down, actually I think it loves the 160's. I don't. I'm 4'10". But my body's hanging at this weight. I'm changing my routines as of late. I know when you switch up a routine you throws your body in too shock & may make you gain weight temporarily, but I'm ready to get back into 150's again as well as seeing the fat disappear.
So for now, as long as my arthritis isn't too bad, I'll be amping up the intensity of my walk routines. I also need to recalculate my foods to make sure I'm eating enough calories as well as not eating to many.
