Getting Back on Track

Well the Spark site is working for me, but not the scale. I'm doing a challenge where we weigh ourselves once a week on Saturday and record that for the team. Well, yesterday I had to record 125.2, Now for some that would seem like heaven; for me at not quite 5 ft and in Maintenance, that signals time to tighten up and stop adding in extras.

And then of course today I had an outing with my Red Hat sisters, and we went to one of my favorite restaurants. I was full on half the sandwich, knew I was full, and still ate the whole thing. Didn't want to take it home or leave it. At least that's what I told myself.

So, tomorrow is another day. And I'll be getting back on track once again, getting down to that sweet 120 where I feel most energetic.

    Each day a new beginning! CONGRATS on getting to maintenance. I'm still a long way...but knowing that each day is a challenge and a choice is actually helpful.

    You can do this! I know that feeling, that "I want it so I'm going to have it and not even my best self will make me not have it, so wah". We all succumb once in a while. You can get back on track, though. :D

    You know, it is funny sometimes how we do what we don't want to do. I think you ate the entire sandwich because you were rebelling a little before you hunker down and be mindful again about eating. (At least I catch myself doing something like that before I get on plan again). Don't beat yourself up! You will be back track soon emoticon !
