I've always loved Fridays. Maybe because it is the end of the work week, most people seem to be less burdened by end of the work week, and the weekend is usually mine.
Today was cooler than I like and I got out and walked my three miles. My body is getting healthier; my diet is healthier; my attitude is better; my scales is starting to register the change.
Thank you, God. Thank you, for all.
