emoticon Happy Birthday to my little girl! emoticon She's turning 8 today! emoticon We had a wonderful time celebrating last night at Medieval Times, and she got a flower from our night (the Red Knight emoticon )!! Her sister was given the honor of 'queen of the tournament' by our knight too! She turned so red! Then off to Uncle's place (I am so glad hubby was driving, I hate Atlanta traffic!) for cake and presents! I got her 3 skirts and two shirts and one dress (she LOVES long skirts and wears the two she has all the time) Plus several other things. She got a loom from her Nana and Papa, that she just didn't know how to react to, lol. And she said she had a great day!

emoticon I promised her I would not wake her up early in the morning, so no morning workout. I don't plan to skip today though, I'll just work out later. It was nice to sleep in and wake up to cuddle with DH, but I feel stiff and sore from staying in bed that late (which wasn't late, I'm just a trained morning bird, LOL)

emoticon So, tomorrow starts March. February was a better month than January, but I still did not do as well as I had hoped. I did not work out 11 days in February. I have them marked in red X's on my calendar. There are still more green checkmarks though. March I'm going to do even better and only have a max of two rest days per week or 8 red X's. That is going to be hard with the wedding and all, I may have to not work out those days we are gone, but I'm hoping we can find a hotel with a gym. I don't want to miss those days. My plan is to work out at home before we set out for the first day and then we'll be at Grandma's, so the next day will be a walking workout, I'll see if I can get her to turn off the house alarm so i can go walking in the neighborhood. Then we should be at the hotel, so off to the gym for the next two days. That is my plan anyway. All that to say, I intend to do better in March. If I just keep doing better than I did the day/week/month before, I'll do great!
