welcome to the bored [BLC30 Week 6]

Down 1.3lb, alcohol units 15.7, water 7, calorie range days 4, fitness 6, participation 4, me 1, gratitude 1 (Being able to stop and watch the swans which the river is named after).

It has been a bit of a rough week. Overwhelmed at work with things to do, together with the frustration of systems not working right and feeling that I'm not able to to do my best.

The biggest obstacle between being super busy and me is boredom. I recognise that I eat more and drink more when I'm bored.

You would think that with being sooo busy, that I wouldn't have time to be bored. But it happens. I've figured it out. There is nothing that I can do improve the situation for myself or others at this time. And I get home and I'm tired, so I just want to vege out.

Sleep, eat, work, cycle, repeat.

    Yes it can get to be a bit of a cycle! Hope this next week is better for you. Spend the weekend relaxing and re-charging your batteries.
