How to stay self motivated

Had some hard days ,made some terrible choices ,bad bad binge,its day 3 now can't seem to stop ,I'm trying to ,I get up start out great ,then by noon or so it starts ,I'm fighting it now ,that's why I'm here ,lol and it not like I'm eating chips and icecream ,I'm eating the angel food pineapple cupcakes I made ,carrots low fat cheese,chicken,well pretzels are bad ,it just nutty ok I'm done so suggestions please ,how do I help myself

    Take a moment to yourself. Remember why you wanted to start your healthy journey in the first place. Meditate with a nice cup of chai tea. Good luck ive been there a lot recently this helped
