Knee and wrist bones?! Oh my!

I'm beyond happy to report I have lost 20 pounds since I started back SparkPeople the 2nd week in January! I feel amazing! I have about 105 lbs left to get rid of, but I find it easier when I focus and reward myself 10 lbs at a time :) I definitely owe a lot of my motivation to my weight loss buddy and close friend. We talk every morning and pump each other up. She definitely helps me to keep going. So, if anyone doesn't have a weight loss pal, get one and do it asap. To me, she has been a crucial part of my success so far. I'm sure many of you have experienced this, but as a very overweight woman, seeing changes is hard. I carry most of my weight in my stomach area, so I'm usually looking there for an approval of how well I've been doing. But in the past few days, I've noticed my knee and wrist bones are more prominent :) The rest of this month I plan to attempt 6 days of working out, no less than 15 minutes, and I want to lose at least 6 lbs by April.
