Today was a reminder about having to maintain priorities. My work schedule is increasing for the next several weeks. A lot of traveling, a lot of meetings, probably some stress, and a lot of interaction. As I write in my blog the word "response" in responsibility spoke volumes to me.

What is my response to the reality of the next several weeks? I do not want to fall back on old habits -- stress eating, not walking, and not watching my calorie intake. For now, I am going to just be aware. Take each day as it comes. Plan ahead so that I do find time for my physical needs and not feel like I am being self-centered in a negative way but in a healthy way.

    I will be praying for you. When you are busy and stressed it is harder to maintain good habits, but you can do it. Make sure you have some healthy food along with you so other people cannot decide what you will eat.
