Did I try a new recipe?

Today I was in a baking mood. I had invited a friend over for lunch, thinking I could then save calories and money. We decided on talapia, and I found a great Spark recipe for that...broiled Parmesan Talapia. It was good and turned out well. I served it with a green salad and did my usual sweetener and red wine vinegar for the salad...so I was doing great with calories. Then I added the pistachio pudding....and then I decided to try a recipe I got from a magazine....Chocolate Cheesecake Bars. You guessed it...really HIGH calorie. Maybe I redeemed myself a little, though, by taking them to the Inspire Your Creativity class so the sweetness (and caloric value) was spread around.
