Stress and eating

Why when I'm so stressed out all I want is food ,fought myself all day yesterday. Constantly getting up and looking in the cupboard or freezer and standing there like an idiot and turning around ,and going back and sitting down only to repeat ,repeat ,thank goodness I grab my sargento cheese and nuts pack then went to bed ,with a big headache arggggg

    And that is exactly why I don't stock so many things I used to over do on. Stress is a huge trigger. Now I try to get on the exercise bike instead. That usually does the trick.

    Yes, me too, even when there is noting in the fridge. This is so hard and I need to make better use of my time, like clean my living room. Now that gives me a headache. Have a good Saturday too!

    I normally do the same thing. I've notice when I keep myself busy (distracted) I don't do that. Force yourself to focus on other things and you will see a difference. Good luck!
