Yesterday's Totals: Exercise: Upper Fix - 30 minutes; walking - 50 minutes; total steps - 12143 Food: WW logged - 33 points Water: 5 glasses Yesterday's goal was to increase water intake. I was able to more than double the amount from Monday. Today's goal - Be aware of mindless snacking.

    Wow, way to go! Ive only gotten ad 10,000 steps. Youre my idol. Get that water up or some G2 gatorade too! Dehydration is horrible for the muscles...pain and cramps
