Exercise: Lower Fix - 30 minutes; walking - 55 minutes; total steps - 8962.
Food: 33 WW points logged.
Water: 6 glasses.
Yesterday's goal was to be aware. I had the day of and knew I would be tempted to snack. I logged my unplanned afternoon snack and had to readjust my day but still didn't exceed my daily points.
Today's goal is to count those "taste test" bites.
