Yesterday's Totals: Exercise - Pilates Fix, total steps 4270. Food - 33 WW points logged. Water - 6 glasses. Yesterday's goal was to count "taste test." I had to bake for a school bake sale but I cut some fruit and reached for that instead of the finished product. Today's goal to make a plan for surviving the weekend.

    Congratulations on reaching for the fruit!
    Surviving the weekend is difficult. I have a blog entry where I ask people to tell me how they distract themselves. Sometimes you just have to get through the next 10 minutes. I am sure you can do this!
