Recap of Weekly Goals

Here's how the week went:

Sunday, I got to my swim lesson.

Monday, I took a rest day.

Tuesday, I took an unintentional rest day (time just got away from me).

Wednesday, I took another rest day.

Thursday, I moved boxes at work and cleaned out a few offices.

Friday, I moved boxes downstairs at work first thing in the morning.

Saturday, I took a rest day.

March Challenges:

- 1 weekly swim lesson- emoticon (It was a fun one.)

- Workout at the gym 2 days a week- Didn't happen.

- Uh, about those nutritional goals, I'll just admit I was naive thinking I could go back to my regularly scheduled programming after a bout of food poisoning.

- The World Water Day Maintenance Challenge with a center weight of 128 lbs- Today's weight: 128 lbs
Yup, up 3 lbs from last week, not what I expected, but getting my digestive system back to "normal" was an unspoken goal for the week. This week I'll work on introducing more protein and fiber back in the diet, not sure if I'll make my daily recommendations, but I'll try to get close.
