Day 6 - 3/19/16

food: 33 WW points logged; 3 weekly points; water 6 glasses
We attended Maple Madness brunch and nature walk in the morning. I enjoyed the experience although I thought it would involve more walking. I made a wonderful Zucchini Crusr Pizza and enjoyed family pizza night. The focus was on family time.
Day 7 3/20/16
Exercise: Yoga Fix - 30 minutes; total steps - 4726. First day of spring brought cold and snow, so no extra walk.
Food: 33 WW points logged; water - 5 glasses.
Sunday was haircut day. My daughter and I both got our hair done. Instead of a daily goal, I decided to rename it daily focus. My focus was on meal planning and grocery shopping.
