Water: 1.5 L - not quite there yet (i.e. 2 litres daily), but better than yesterday
self-love: printed and bound a new e-book on how to change habits to help weight loss and also a 5-day workbook around self-awareness and meditation. Will talk more about these when I start working with them next week hopefully.
Meditation: not yet, but I will practice a few simple full complete breaths before going to bed (breathing in all 3 dimensions to use one's fullest lung capacity, without straining).
