This is going to be a short blog. I am trying everything to get back on track. I must be honest with myself! I finally have been doing some soul searching which is a very good thing for me. So far 2016 has been a disaster. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticonneed I say more. I have come to the realization that their are still 263 days left to make this a successful year! (it will be 259 days when I start back on track) emoticon To hold myself accountable I set a date to go back on track. This doesn't mean I am going to pig out emoticon till then. I just need a few days to buy healthy food & do a little more soul searching. I really want to get it right this time. I'm the type of person that benefits tremendously from giving myself pep talks & soul searching.

"OK Self, this is your date, April 16, 2016. You will have 259 days to make 2016 A success! I believe in you. I know you can do it. emoticon Their are a few things you must be consist with & do each day or every few days without failing if you wish to succeed. The ball is in your court now. It's up to you. One thing you must remember: to keep marching forward and don't look back at past failings. This will only bring you discouragement. emoticon

1. Weigh yourself every day.
2. Give yourself a pep talk every day.
3. Stay within your calorie range. (Weighing , measuring, counting, whatever it takes.)
JUST DO IT! every day.
4. Use the villes for journaling to hold yourself accountable every few days.
5. Last but not least. Start taking better care of your appearance! emoticon Remember it's a emoticon motivational tool. Especially when the scale starts going down. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
