I have gained 25 pounds since my November wedding.
That is a lot in a short period of time.
Several things happend and it was not what you would think with "not trying anymore" now that I have the man.
First I got sick on our honeymoon. I developed bronchitis and a bad ear infection. I stayed sick to the point of difficult breathing (bronchitis) and dizziness (ear infection).
I could barely stand let alone exercise. I didn't care what I ate. I was given steroids...
Then came the holidays.... By then I was trying to slowly work out again, until my new shoes gave me a bad bunion.
Then My husband lost his job. Married just a couple of months to a man with a child and I cam suddenly the sole income.
Stress and anxiety overload. My binge eating habits came back in force. At least I kept exercising. Well sort of. A slow walk on the treadmill every other day.
Until I got sick again for 2 weeks....
Then my Sciatica had the worst flair up in years and I could barely walk for a month.
Also the winter never wanted to end.. so SADs.
Well anyway enough of that. My husband has a job again and while I hate the new hours because I will get to see him MUCH less but at least he is working.
I have a new Fitbit. Spring is here. I can walk outdoors instead of my treadmill. I want to wear all those cute summer dresses that I bought before I got big again!
Yesterday I made it to 10k for the first time since last October.
I will likely not blog on here much because I have less time, but I will use my fitbit app.
