Things to Ponder 2

So I received good advice to start with small goals, so I wouldn't be overwhelmed and quit...not exactly worded that way, of course. So, my first small goals are:
*Do at least 5 minutes of exercise everyday. (I usually do more now, but want movement to become a habit...so it needs to be everyday)
*Eat at least two fruits or vegetables daily.
*Read at least one article related to weight loss or exercise to help me gain understanding and motivation.
I'll think more and report back tomorrow.
