Things to Ponder 2 part 2

I have a problem with visualization that most of you do not have. I was told by Spark Coach to visualize the weight and then it slowly falling away. Because I see black when I close my eyes, unlike most of the world, I have to think in words or put things in front of me that help me see.

I was sharing with my husband what I was going to do to help visualize the 40 pound loss and getting there a little at a time. I am so excited about it, I thought someone else may need the idea. He has a collaspable water jug that holds 40 pounds of water when it is completely full. We are going to fill it and set it on the counter in the kitchen (thankfully I have plenty of counter space and I think this is worth the inconvenience!). Each weigh in, I will let however much weight I have lost out of the jug. I will be able to see the progress much more vividly.

I am also excited for my one and three month goals and rewards.
I'm just a big kid at heart. I am super excited about this!

    That's awesome, I have trouble visualizing also. That is a great way to visualize your goal keep it up!
