Ok, first off...I lost 15 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yea!!!!!!
second....I am walking far more than I was. I walk to the living room daily now instead of sitting in my bedroom. and I walk to the kitchen at least once a day.
I have not been able to do my chair exercises because of tailbone pain. I got shots last Tuesday but it did not last. Going again this coming Tuesday...wish me luck. Here is where the pool noodles come in. I am sitting on them, two on each side of my butt. Not a total relief but oh so much better.
My knees are getting better I'm guessing from the weight loss.
I still keep my believe rock close and I bought another one today says love, to remind me to love myself.
