Starting over again

I have been away for a few months. I gained back the 24 pounds I had lost so it is time to start over again.
My plan is to start my mornings by logging into Sparkpeople for inspiration, walking 10 minutes, eating a healthy breakfast and tracking what I eat throughout the day.
I, also, plan to blog an update once a week to keep myself accountable.
I hope that everyone is doing well.
