A mind set

Losing weight is more of a mind set than anything! We have to trick our mind into thinking we are full, that we are not too tired, that we aren't too sore, that we don't NEED a ____. Then there is mind tricking about our friends and family. We have to remind ourselves as to why we want to loose the weight. It isn't for them it is for ourselves. Even though people won't notice all the work we put in to loose the weight, that loosing is still more important than being noticed. We need to remind ourselves that our old habits are what got us here in the first place and change them. We need to remind ourselves that we are only human we will make mistakes and learn from them. Remember to look back and see how far we have come. Look forward to the goals we set. Celebrate! We are important!
