Been eating right and drinking 7-9 glasses of water each day, but I'm so tired this week. I'm not getting up in time to get my son up for school, I keep hitting the snooze button or shut it off. Then I wake up and he's only got 30 mins to get ready before the bus comes. Then I catch myself dozing off during the rest of the day. I do some excersises but nothing. Doesn't make sense.
