Hang in there, I work graveyard shift and I sooo understand. It helps me if I plan my meals several days in advance so I'm not trying to find something in the run. And I just count everything in a 24 hr period and get all my meals and snacks then. 1543 days ago
Don't be discouraged, we all have bad days - what helps me to avoid binges is to allow myself to have a serving size of my favorite sweets and log the calories. It might not be a "healthy" snack but if my diet is too restrictive I slip & binge. 1543 days ago
What's done is done. Don't beat yourself up for it. Dust yourself off and get right back on track. Success happens when we are making healthy choices more often than bad choices over time. This one day is not going to ruin everything. We can get back on track together! We can do this! 1543 days ago
