Starting a 2 week low carb challenge today!

I haven't blogged here for awhile because I've been focusing on my personal blog craftkat.blogspot.ca/ .
That blog is mostly about arts and crafts, crocheting, making miniatures, etc., so I figured I'd pop in to say that I started a 2 week low carb challenge today.
It's from dietdoctor.com, and it seems doable. I did some shopping today and made my first meal (mushroom bacon cheeseburger lettuce wraps), and it was yummy.
Shopping was weird because I felt judged by people looking at all of the low carb high fat content in my cart...I actually bought full fat sour cream and table cream, cheese, bacon, beef...along with chicken and lettuce and other items I normally buy. It was weird to not buy everything low fat low cal, for a change, lol.
I've lost weight with low carb before; Atkins and South Beach. I figured I'd give the dietdoctor site a try; it's free, and people wrote good reviews. I'm really not much of a meat eater normally, but 2 weeks seems OK to try.
