I've been having some frustrations with the scale the last month or so. Week to week it either doesn't budge or it goes up. I've decided to do a "meal replacement" plan for two weeks. I will be making a shake for breakfast and dinner and then have a healthy lunch. Lunch seems to be the time when I have the biggest appetite but also it's hard to make a shake at work. I don't care for premade shakes, I make my own. So, today is
I'm of course excited for the end result. I think my biggest struggle will be the first few days esp as I'm approaching my TOM and I can be pretty darn hungry during that time. I'll need to find some bible verses to get me thru this first week!
