At My Ideal Weight

I've had 130 pounds as my goal weight for twenty years. I got close with Weight Watchers and with Spark People. I love Spark. I used to spend an hour a day logging in exercise and meals and joining challenges. It was fun. However over time I drifted to other things. Loosing the 'final ten" was so easy, finally. The years of torturing myself are over. I eat well and I eat reasonable amounts. No sweets, no seconds, no snacking except sometimes on days that begin w S - Saturday, Sunday and Special days. That's it! No points, counting, logging. Hell I don't even have any goals except to maintain. And it's easy bc I continue doing what I did to loose. Nothing different or special.
