I started back on track as of April 16th. I had a few slip ups but that's normal. I'm glad to know I'm normal! Anyway, the weight is slowing down which is to be expected. After Easter when I finally weighted in I was up to 241 lbs. That is 40+ lbs. since July when I left Twoterville & entered into Onederland. It amazes me how fast the weight goes on but how slow it comes off! The 1st few weeks I was losing weight. Then the weight was barely moving . I started using the food tracker after the weight wasn't going nowhere! I couldn't understand till I started tracking my food. I couldn't believe how much a little here & their adds up. Another thing I found out that eyeballing portions just doesn't cut it! I'm slowly getting a handle on things. I'm back to basics & making small steps to improve myself. The 1st thing I did was started using the food tracker. I'm not to consistent using it but I'm getting better. I also joined the 5% summer challenge. It was a team I was involved with a few seasons ago. They will be starting up in a few weeks. I really need the accountability! I am also trying to increase my water intake. I just entered into 210ville(219 lbs.)I am happy about that. It's a loss of 22 lbs. but more important for me is to get back to 200ville(209 lbs.) This ville is like a turning point for me when losing weight. I think it's somewhat psychological. I start to feel & look better! As I've said before when you start to feel better with the way you look it's a motivational tool with losing weight! Also 2 more lbs. (216 lbs.) & I will be at my half way point. This is a big thing for me psychologically. I believe these little changes will help me tremendously.
