I'm back again !!!.

I'm back again !!!.
I left on 8/28/2016 Not because I want to , but the health problems got the better of me. I was 256 pounds when I left and now I am 270. !!!! Not as bad as when I fist started Sparks , but it shows Sparks works if you work at it. So I'm back again to give it another go.
First I have to get use to the new lay out of the Spark web sight it has changed since the last time I was here. .I'll look for you all in a couple of days.
