I think I'm finally as caught up on sleep as I can get. I'm still super tired, but woke up to my alarm no problem, and was happy to get out of the weird dream I was in. Super weird. One of those that mixes dreams stuff with reality and completely had me freaked out. More than happy to wake up early from that one. I only set one of my alarms for this morning, so if I still felt super groggy I could just go back to sleep. I'm still groggy, but happy to be awake!!!
If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, I've got to get my nutrition under control. I'm working out, I've missed two days out of 32. My workouts are great. But my nutrition is appalling. I did good during last week with having everything prepped, but this week has not been so good. So, lesson learned, I have to meal prep and plan everything out and measure out servings. I just do. I'm okay with that. Today we are going to grill and I'm going to have DH grill enough chicken, with just salt and pepper, for the rest of the week. I don't want it smothered in bbq sauce like the rest of the stuff will be. My Juice Plus+ gummies have come in really handy for my sweet tooth, just pop a couple of those in my mouth, and I keep them by my computer. I just have to figure out what I'm going to do if I get to boredom munching while the kids are away. I'm going to have to keep myself busy for one!!
2 more days till the kids leave for church camp! I'm excited for them, I am, but I'm nervous for youngest DD, it is her first time being gone for so long and she's really not looking forward to it. To make matters worse they are having us write letters to our kids for them to read one of the days, and I have no idea what to write! Guess I'll have to figure it out soon!
As far as keeping up with my blood sugar goes, I've not been doing good. I really dislike the sheets that the doc gave me to write it on, it gives me no leeway for taking my blood sugar at different times. So I think I'm going to scratch it and just get a notebook and use that.
Okay, enough of that, I'm going to get dressed and get on the treadmill. Yesterday was a short day, so I'll make today a long day. I've got the time. It's early. And hopefully it will be another hour before anyone wakes up.
