I DID IT!!

I ACTUALLY RAN!! I'm very proud of myself right now! I've been wanting to run on my treadmill but have been afraid to. I think I was afraid of falling off or, I don't know. I just couldn't bring myself to do it.
I did a 5 minute warm up and cool down of a brisk walk, then did 60 seconds of running followed by 90 seconds of walking for 20 minutes. I had to stop halfway through and stretch my calves, but I got back on and finished the whole 30 minutes!!!
I saw that someone was thinking of doing a C25K and looked up what on Earth that was - it was just what I needed! So I thought, why delay? I'll start today! So thank you to whoever it was (I'm so sorry I forgot what team it was on) that was talking about a C25K (Couch To 5K), you have opened a new door for me!!
My oldest DD came over and started jumping up and down and clapping and saying, "Mom, you're actually running!!" My sweet cheerleader! DH is excited for me too. I'm just so excited and happy I had to write a 2nd blog today to get it all out!
