I am a member of both WW and SP, both programmes are very similar, and I find both of them very helpful. However I know one thing about myself that puts me a notch higher in WW camp and that is I need the accountability of the weekly meetings to keep me in line,we have a terrific leader and our meetings are very good at exchanging tips and ideas etc.And the new programme is really good, counting sugar and sat fat makes more sense since they are big culprits in our weight gain.[Just my opinion}.
