5'4". 215 pounds. Size 18, pushing 20. BMI 36.9 (ie Morbidly Obese).

How did this happen? How do I even begin to change?

Goals for Week #1 June 5-11
1. Drink 80+oz water daily.
2. Exercise at least 3x for at least 20min
3. 7000+ steps every day.

    Great goals! Simple and easy to measure goals are very attainable. I sit and think the same thing myself....how did I get here! Slowly, bad choices, stress,life... Whatever the excuses were, the weight has to go. I'm so unhappy with my body
