28 workouts and counting

Today marks my 28th work out with orange theory since joining 4-24-16. This week I worked out 6 times and I don't feel a whole lot of soreness. I think its time to double up on some days to increase progress. I feel great. Stairs are getting easier. All in all I feel healthier but I would love to see my clothes getting looser and/or the scale showing a downward progress. Not much is happening. Anyone have suggestions?

    Change up what your doing for your workouts some days to keep your body guessing. If it's always the same workout your body will adapt. It's working for me.:)
