Today marks my 28th work out with orange theory since joining 4-24-16. This week I worked out 6 times and I don't feel a whole lot of soreness. I think its time to double up on some days to increase progress. I feel great. Stairs are getting easier. All in all I feel healthier but I would love to see my clothes getting looser and/or the scale showing a downward progress. Not much is happening. Anyone have suggestions?
