I don't want to count calories or banish favorite foods.
I don't want to do weekly weigh-ins and monthly measurements.
I don't want to obsess over this.
I want to feel better.
I want to be comfortable.
I want to be able to run with my kids.
I want to look healthy.
Is it possible to have it both ways?
