Wonderful Wednesday !

I walked to my appointments today which was GREAT exercise even if I do have a leg injury ! I've had this injury for ages , possibly since March '15 when I fell on my RHS playing family basketball . My arm ended up in plaster and my butt had a large black bruise ! Now if I lift anything slightly heavy , maybe 10 kg I can barely walk . My right leg where joined onto body has a terrible pain and seems to be in the wrong position , go figure ! I've had a pelvic xray , physio adjustments to hip , spine and legs. I exercise it most days and do water aerobics in a hydrotherapy pool once a week . However it's getting worse ! ANY IDEAS SPARKERS ? I will be interested in your opinions as I've seen the professionals with no result ! Thanks LoveRob.
