14 Day Challenge

One of my teams is based solely on doing 14 day challenges. I like it because, 14 day doesn't seem long. Doesn't take a big commiment, however if you stick with it you're already in the process of developing some great habits!

This time I became a team leader and I'm actually leading the challenge. I wanted to do a challenge that was "multi-facited" if you will. I've done something similar on a bigger scale with my local group. Some of you might remember the S.P.I.C.E. challenge during the holidays. It was a very popular challenge, so I took that basic idea and came up with the H.E.A.T. challenge. We start on the first day of summer (how fitting!). The challenge is made of of H-Hydrating, E-Engaging as a team, A- Activity & T-tracking. Some of us struggle with one or two of these and some of us struggle with ALL of these! emoticon

I'm excited to start the challenge, get some good habits started. It's going to be hot for a long time in south Texas so it's really not at all too late to work on that bikini body! LOL

    Tracking and activity is my struggle. 90 minutes of activity a week is going to be easier than the tracking though, lol. Can't wait.
