Day 527/ 62 Pound Goal

Blood sugar is back down to normal at 124 this morning. Whew!
I started on Juice Plus+ gummies a few days ago, I'm so tired of taking the capsules, so I ordered gummies! Together they are a total of 90 calories for all of them. Yikes! I was not expecting that, but I didn't count the calories till yesterday. That may not seem like a lot, but that makes a grand total of 397 calories for breakfast with my coffee and shake. I'll work it off on the treadmill, but still. I'm down to one cup of coffee, it just has too much sugar and too many calories. My tea should be here in a few days and then I'll stop the coffee (mostly) and do to tea. I use 'Skinny' tea from Teami, it has an appetite suppressant, plenty of caffeine and tastes yummy with a 1/2 stick of cinnamon in it!
Today marks the start of my tracking and measuring all of my food. I know it works, as a way to lose weight, so I'm starting back at it. I'm still down 4 pounds and I want to keep it that way! My initial goal is to lose 62 pounds. I'm giving myself a reward of $100 for every 10 pounds I lose, plus $10 along the way for each pound lost. More motivation!! My main motivations is that I'm not letting me sew any clothes for me till I lose this 62 pounds, and I really want to make clothes for myself!! And I'm going to see how much weight I can lose in 90 Days, starting today, that will put me at September 18th. I'm so tired of not doing well, so I'm making the next 90 days about me, fixing my eating and getting exercise (with rest days!) and learning to relax.
I'm going to take whatever weight loss I get, I'm not going to get super disappointed if the scale moves slowly, as long as it moves. I know some of the meds I take make it difficult for me to lose weight, but I did go ahead and calculate if I lost 2 pounds a week how long it would take me.... 31 weeks, that would put me in January. So, goal #1: lose as much weight as I can in the next 90 days, really concentrating on my nutrition and exercise and getting enough sleep. Goal #2: lose 62 pounds by January 2017. Goal #3: practice and get good enough at sewing that I can make my own clothes and have them look good.
