Happy First Day of Summer!
Today is the kick off for the H.E.A.T. Challenge. Our goals are to Hydrate, Engage, be Active and Track!
Tracking and Hydrating will be my biggest struggle. The good news is, with water the more I drink the more I crave. So the biggest task will just be getting started. Tracking is just a big struggle for me. One of my big food struggles is I crave sugar when I'm tired.... like I am today. I'm going to try to concentrate on drinking water. We shall see how it goes. I actually use Fitnesspal to do my food tracking. I find they have a much bigger database of food.
Activity will mostly consist of running this week. Next week I start Camp Gladiator.
