Meet my step goal tomorrow? Ha, your kidding right. I'll be lucky if I can get out of bed. / IdealS

emoticon I will so be lucky if I can walk tomorrow. Lots of leg work today plus a moment of insanity where I tried to do the FitnessBlender 1000 calorie workout. I say tried, because I quit 24 mins 7 secs in.

emoticon 9:17 am - IdealShape Up Challenge Week 1 Day 2 / 17 mins 35 secs
warm up
30 sec Squats
30 sec Straight leg Deadlift holding 25 lb dumbbells
30 sec Pop Squats
Did circuit 3 times with 1 min rest between each
Forgot to do my cool down emoticon

emoticon 10:32 am - Strong Curves Best Butt Week 1 Workout B / 35 mins 52 secs
Superset A:
Bodyweight foot elevated single-leg glute bridge
Lat Pull Down with resistance Band

Superset B:
Bodyweight Step Up
Push-Up

Side lying Clam

Side Crunch

This workout took slightly longer than it should since I had to tried to find an alternative to the Swiss ball 45-degree back extension. I wasn't able to come up with one so I just left it out.

I did two rounds.

emoticon 2:51 am - Fitness Blender - At Home HIIT Cardio, Strength, and Abs Workout (96 mins) / 24 mins 7 secs
I attempted this but my legs couldn't take it so I stopped.

emoticon 6:40 pm - JessicaSmith TV - 30 Min Interval walk / 11 mins 55 secs
The video kept skipping so I gave up.

emoticon 6:50 pm - Walk / 30 mins 7 secs

I'm definitely exhausted at this point.

Today's intake looks a bit better than yesterdays in terms of calories, but my protein is really low today.

Calories: 1897
Carbs: 251
Fat: 75
Protein: 61

I might add another 100 calories with a little snack before bed.

Well that's pretty much my day overview, but there was another thing I did want to touch on. Loose skin. I have it and well, I'll be honest, I hate it. emoticon
I've lost just over 130 lbs and loose skin is pretty much unavoidable at this point. I do realize that I was lucky. It's definitely not near as bad as it could have been. I give credit to my age and genetics for that. It does bother me though and I know that I'm either going to have to learn to accept it or get surgery. I did want to share some pictures of my loose skin. Why? I want to be open and honest about it. My clothes, even my bikini, are able to hide it. I don't want people to look at these pictures and think that by some miracle I actually lost 130 lbs without any loose skin.
So here's me in my home workout outfit:

Looks pretty normal.

Now lets just roll down the pants a bit:

In the bottom right, I'm in a plank position.

So as you can see, it's there. When I'm a little leaner (closer to the 120's) it's thinner, but still looks like a balloon that lost all it's air. emoticon
But as I also said before, I'm pretty lucky in that it could have been much worse than it is.
