I'm really excited (though trying not to get my hopes up) that since Monday my scale weight has dropped 1.5 lbs. Looks like I'm finely starting to shake that accidental gain off. My trend weight (the one I mainly pay attention to) has only dropped 0.1 lbs and is still showing a trend of gaining. If my scale weight continues to come down my trend should shift to show a trend of losing in the next couple a days. Now I just have to try and not self sabotage myself.
