Starting a new plan today. I'm at 181. No shorts fit. I don't really want to go shopping to buy the next size up if my plan is to lose the weight to fit in my current shorts. Cardio is done for today. Plan is to walk later as well and weed the front yard. Morning eating plan done right. Taking it one part of the day at a time.
Sat. July 2 - 177.8 - down 3.2 ... Good start and I wasn't "perfect" the whole week.
