100 Days Challenge - Day 1

Some days I just feel so sluggish and need to carve out some time to myself to exercise. I've been training for a marathon but after a long run I am sore for a couple of days and don't want to do anything for the next couple of days. I need to try and stay accountable and rather than flooding my facebook wall I will once again make an effort to post more here.
I am going to do the 100 Days Challenge in which the challenge is going to be at least 30 minutes of exercise per day for 100 days. This morning I went for a walk and chose to take in the beauty of the lake which is right here. After I post this, I will be putting on my Just Dance game on the sweat mode and then continuous shuffle play to maximize my time. Then to tackle the housework. Here I go...... Day One, Here I Come!
