Breakfast: black coffee
Lunch: two egg scramble with spinach and mushrooms. Wedge of cantaloupe.
Dinner: Zoodles with homemade marinara sauce and grass fed ground beef. Cashews and grapes for dessert.
I bought a vegetable spiralizer and made zucchini noodles. I also figured out how to make homemade marinara sauce, which was super easy and turned out pretty good.
I have survived the first week of this insane elimination diet! Three more weeks to go. I'm still waiting for my digestive system to settle down; it's been rather unpleasant. But I felt like I had a little more energy today.
