Well, I have been incredibly depressed and literally eating and drinking whatever I want. NOT GOOD, although I haven't really gained weight this summer, my pants are fitting tighter and I don't feel that good. Back hurts, don't sleep well, exhausted..ect.. so.. Here I find myself again, on Sparkpeople looking for support and knowledge.

    I'm in the same boat I backsliding and got off track but I'm back and I'm losing again.

    In my book as long as you keep trying to be healthier you are a winner. I also got off track but a few bad days or weeks do not determine the over all diet. If you break one piece of your good China you do not through put the whole set.😊

    Hopefully, you can find a plan that works for you. it's all about finding the exercises that you enjoy and will continue to do. have you been using a Spark tracker to help with your foods?
